Queen of Silk is gorgeous. I, like you, tried to love Carmina and the only thing I got to like was the dry down. I was not willing to wait for that to happen at the price point. I pre-ordered the queen and can’t wait. The same day, I tested the new Initio fragrance Narcotic Delight. Loved that one too. It does have a boozy opening that for a second feels a bit masculine but it turns into a lovely unisex fragrance. I want that too!😂

I have one request- don’t laugh- I have always loved Youth Dew by Estée Lauder and have worn it since my late 20’s. I know it’s a “grandma fragrance “ but I don’t care. Actually, it’s a cherry coffee vanilla, not almond, but it has great reviews!

Queen of Silk is an amazing fragrance, Neiman's has had the samples for the past few weeks! And I love Carmina! But for Miami with the saffron? Probably too heavy, It's a great cold weather rose cherry fragrance. Some of the reviews have said it could be worn on summer nights? As much as I love it...I will skip it in spring and summer!!

@@greekgirlViVi nooo Carmina is not lost cherry at all. If anything, Duchesa and lost cherry have a resemblance, not the same but profile. Queen of silk is a beauty imo. Carmina also but both different. Queen of silk has an opulence, while being sexy and feminine. I adore them all in a different way. Queen of silk being that it elegant women, followed by Duchesa, then Carmina. Would love to hear your thoughts. I don’t own the Andreoli, therefore cant comment on it.
