Completely agree. What is with all of these cowardly so-called "non-confrontational" fools that never look outside before just opening the door? The dude is a grown adult but let's just anyone barge right into his home, and he acts like his parents still hold power over him when they literally hold none & can do nothing to him at all because he is a legal adult. Also, if he was always looking over his back like he made it seem, it would probably help to have a firearm and to not just open up your damn door to anyone that knocks. I do think this story is fake but if it's not, this guy is definitely a coward, idiot, and dumber than a box of rocks.

The problem is when you grow up without being taught any kind of resilience, where all your parents do is abuse and neglect your needs, how is OP supposed to grow up to be a strong willed individual? I'm a girl barely 5'4, when I was growing up, my dad basically put me through military training and additionally I had a 2nd degree black belt by the time I graduated high school and I went on to business school afterwards. Between me and OP's upbringing, who do you think has a better chance of being able to stand up for themselves?
