I have a walking stick. I had several falls last year, and after a quite nasty one my friend lent me her walking stick. It helps so much. I haven't had a fall since using it. I blinged it up so its more me and it is a talking point. Hope you are feeling better. xx

I always prepare to fall forward. Its better than backwards and banging the back of my head

I fell in the kitchen 3 days ago, while making a brew, I turned around to get the milk put of the fridge and I think my legs didn't get the memo 😂 I tried to grab the counter and I did for a good second while my body was falling, but it felt like my chest and ribs got stretched and fell on my backside, I use the walls a lot for balance, walking is a nightmare 😂

I dont have drop foot but I have noticed more recently that if im thinking about something else whilst I'm walking, I trip on my right foot as I havent picked it up properly 🙄
