This was kind of like my story. Not turned into a woman by anyone, but started hormones in high school and fully transitioning at 19 and looking for my life long man to sweep me off my feet. I had luke warm parental support though..but enough to be allowed to become who I actually was. Now...my family is very comfortable with me and having another daughter. I was lucky..most don't have any support at all and actually get shunned by family.

I am a 69 year old bisexual that wasn't introduced into the crossdressing / transgender community until I was 28, I found myself fully immersed into it. I was a 6 ft 150lb very fit and still looking like a teenager boy, and being raised up by my mother, my aunt, and grandmother, I became a girly boy as a youngster. At the age of 10, I would get into mommies sexy undies and would Always get stiffy! I was a pretty baby and my mother always had me dressed in " pretty " clothes. There were lots of pictures, but most were b&w from the 50's. I guess that's how it started for me

Hi Wayne I'm 68 and my dad tried to make me a tough boy it didn't work I started to dress up when about twelve but stopped at 15 to scared did the normal try to fit in finally got married at 34 had kids started to grow boobs in fifties with no help medically my internal hormones had changed so stressed about it .finally had had brain heamarage just before sixtieth birthday survived so embraced my true self and dressed as I should be been a woman now for 9 yrs and now last 16 months on hrt srs in3 mths never happier

as a kid, I've always wanted to wear a dress and put on makeup. I've always wanted to collect my little pony and monster high dolls. but I was never brave enough to do that. my mom never forced me to be a manly guy. I just grew up learning the usual, "boys are supposed to like this stuff and girls are supposed to like this stuff." and though I haven't completely come out, I did tell my mom that I enjoy girly stuff. and she's completely fine with it. she lets me act like a girl and wear pretty things. hopefully one day boys will be able to wear dresses, collect dolls and act like girls and not have it be such a big deal

I've always wondered why boys can't wear dresses and skirts while girls are allowed to wear t shirts and pants. Or why boys can't put on makeup while girls are allowed to go without it. It always seemed like a stupid double standard. While my mom allows me to wear pretty things and act like a girl, I don't think I'll ever have the courage to come out as trans.
