You forgot to teach Mom Malaysian style Spoonwork. Mom was using the fork to scoop the rice, typical of western newcomers to Malaysia. This will transform sooner than I think. Mom enjoyed the nasi lemak. Great. Bring on the next video.

Boiled eggs are easier to chew since some fried eggs are cold & gotten hard after waiting there for awhile & taste a little of the sambal first to adjust the tastebuds , as different people have various tastes! It's fun to watch foreigners trying out their first foreign dishes! If not sure about the Hygiene Standard of certain stalls or shops , safer to order Fried Rice with mixed vegetables , chicken or fish , as the heat of the frying might killed off any viruses or bacteria lurking in the meat ingredients! I choose vegetarian fried rice when my stomach is not up to top form while travelling & choose Soya Milk rather than Dairy Milk! 🙏 Thank You So Much for sharing!
