Really sorry to hear about nanny leaving, that's the story of "abroad" life. The kids also get used to them so the high turnover is not good for the kids. Some tips to longer lasting child-care : 1. Try au-pairs 2. Most countries have regulations about them , duration etc. 3. Most countries have weekly pay 4 Get au-pair to sign standard government contract where there is agreement for a 6-36 month stay. 5. The contract can still be ended if one party is not happy, but less likely to end prematurely, so there is some stability 6. Also offer of supporting au-pair with training after staying for an agreed period and other perks can be built into a legally binding contract, which may help.

@@TolulopeSolutions Absolutely sis, Absolutely. I used to have a nanny phobia. I could use the help of one really badly as am in school. But am terrified my business will create a void that my naany will fill with hopefully love, attention etc and my children will love her not me. At the end of the day itll be the one who spends the most time with them. Already my 6 yr old tells me, mommy you're always gone to school and you dont spend enough time with me anymore! Its probably a selfish thought but i can't help it.

Love this oatmeal recipe the only thing i dont do is cinnamon chia seeds . Would try cinnamon but no to chia love how you decorate your space. Women are amazing like that kudos to us all❤
