No, I don't. However, when I am not trying out new products, these are my always, go-to, never fail products. I would say that I use these at least 80% of the time.

hi, your video is so helpful... you are the only one I found telling the since I have been looking for proper advice on KZbin... I am using cantu products and I don't know if I have to clean my hair after using the leave in conditioner or not.. my is very dry and I am loosing it after I remove braids or other protective style, my scalp is so irritated.... I don't know what to do
@nighthawkhuff8856
@nighthawkhuff8856 8 жыл бұрын
You should be fine considering that it is a leave-in...not sure about the irritation.
@Life.Love.Locs.
@Life.Love.Locs. 8 жыл бұрын
I have some advice that might help here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jKeVkn2nhZqLbs0 - also, do you know that some braids can cause scalp irritation? (A chemical is added to some braiding hair before it is sold) Another point is also - you really don't need to place products on your scalp. Your scalp needs to breathe. Unless the product says apply to the scalp, only apply it to your hair. I hope this helps.
@Life.Love.Locs.

And a leave-in is meant to be left in your hair, not washed out. x

Your hair is beautiful!! Do you pre poo or do hot oil treatments. If so can you do a video on how you do it?
@Life.Love.Locs.
@Life.Love.Locs. 8 жыл бұрын
The funny thing is... no! I don't ever pre-poo or do hot oil treatments. Any deep conditioner I use usually have natural oils in them but I don't purposely do them! Maybe only ever once or twice since I went natural and that was because I was going to a spa and I knew I would use the steam room so I added some oils to my hair. But it's not a regular thing for me.

Great video. How long do you take from the shampoo to the final result?
@Life.Love.Locs.

Difficult to answer, since I work around my schedule and usually deep condition overnight. In total maybe 3 hours including styling? That's a guess.

I've been natural my whole life I recently cut it and it is really short is there any products that's good for growing it out again
@Life.Love.Locs.
@Life.Love.Locs. 8 жыл бұрын
Honestly, the best thing you can do is to just give your hair lots of moisture and don't manipulate it too much and your hair will grow! Products are not the central thing necessarily but a good shampoo for natural hair and a good deep conditioner and leave-in are key.

Hi, I'm curious. Do you use a rinse out conditioner at all? Also, since you wash every 7-10 days, do you deep condition every wash day?

No, I don't use rinse out conditioners, I simply use deep conditioners every wash day 😊
@Life.Love.Locs.

Well, just to clarify, the deep conditioner get washed out, I just don't use the ones that are only meant to stay in for 5-10 mins, they don't work well on my hair for moisture.

hi to you! your vidéo interested me. but i 've a question . i m living in Belgium, i don't know if the tap water is the same with yours, but ours has lot of limestone. is it advisable to wash my water with it?
@Life.Love.Locs.
@Life.Love.Locs. 8 жыл бұрын
Apparently, London has hard water (limestone) as well, but to be honest I have never had an issue with it doing anything to my hair. If you are really concerned about hard water then doing an apple cider vinegar rinse may help - or you may want to use a shampoo that contains it, eg Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo.
