My Negative Experience with Helium Mobile

I've loved everything after, just the onboarding and customer service part was bad. Im still heavily with Helium and love them. @shizane101 I was going to buy the radio but the representative told me not to/said it would to be efficient in my area. What state are you in?

The window interferes with the signal. It needs to be outside the window and not aimed downward so you can cover more hex's. This is why your rewards are so low. You set it up wrong and put out a horrible review.

@@unloadclips I actually just started receiving $5 worth of Helium again. No change in installation spot. If you had this model you would know it actually says Signal passes through Windows (not metal though). And it even states if you're at a higher angle to tilt downward towards the people to provide service. Not pointed up at the sky. Thank you for your funny input though. Definitely read up on the model! I did as told by Helium! Luckily the market is going back up these past few days. I'm always going to leave a review on my experience with the product and sales. Don't worry though!! I'm going to post another video about the updated Helium Interface!!

It’s interesting that you did this investing even tho you had already invested in crypto. This is a very bad video, blaming others for your decisions, lack of research, and lack of understanding of the crypto market. First, you’re in charge of doing your own diligence. Believing someone at face value in crypto in terms of investments and ROI, it’s just absurd. Everyone knows crypto is very volatile. How are you going to believe a set amount of money you will get with all the volatility in crypto market? Don’t be ingenious. Secondly, the MOBILE token is not the only one going down. It’s all of them. Htf you think Helium is going to control the price of a token? Nobody knows. This is a very risky investment with more possibilities of failure than success. This is crypto, dude. You don’t know how the game is played, don’t play it. Finally, next time you intent to mine whatever token you want, do your job. Take the time to understand the project, and bit on it only if you’re willing to loose your money. Otherwise, you’re just making fool of yourself. There is legitimate criticism against Helium but this not case.

I'll do a first, second, and third like you did.. Firstly, thank you so much for commenting. I appreciate your feedback and comment to the video. Secondly, of course I switched my crypto to a different crypto!! Don't people switch stocks? And other crypto?🤯🤡 I don't get how that thought isn't a given🤔💭 Thirdly and lastly, I did do my due diligence before and during the meeting with the helium worker held online. It has been doing a downward curve for AWHILE. The employee stated that through the new HIP program. Earnings would DOUBLE! He also stated it was plug and play (As I stated in the video.) Which it was not. Additional items needed to be acquired in order for the miner to run. That part was on me, but I do not like the fact that he FALSELY stated something. As can be seen in the video I even state, "THATS JUST HOW THE MARKET GOES." Especially after the halving. I read their whole website and their others (helium earn.) I believe in the project at its core!! We need decentralized and affordable ways to communicate. I CLEARLY AIM to point out that there was NO RESPONSE from HELIUM. As well as false claims with the only requirement being the miner. The Employee STATED IT EVEN CAME WITH AN ETHERNET CABLE!!💔 That is my DISLIKE on MY MISFORTUNE with the CONFIGURING and SUPPORT with the miner. Which was sub-par. I move my Helium Mobile tokens into a different crypto (Yet again I hope that idea does not confound you.) Once again this video states "DO NOT BUY A HELIUM MINER." Not 'DO NOT BELIEVE/INVEST IN HELIUM.' My quarrel was on word of mouth and trust. The ethic of the company. If Helium would mislead some product information, then they would be willing to do a whole lot more and to a whole lot more people. That is all. Once again, thank you for commenting @user-fw5bn6wo9k

Just stack and hold. All my miners that i mine iot with eventually paid off u just gotta be patient. I held for over a year and a half and my rewards 3x. I got the old helium miner but im about to take advantage of their sale and get the outdoor miner that mines mobile coins!!

Go ahead and watch my other video that states it travels through glass on the helium app when setting up the device.😅 As stated (and as you did not retain) I was at work and on a zoom call with the sales associate and did not have time. I asked and stated four times before purchasing if I did not need to purchase anything else, if it was truly PLUG & PLAY. He stated yes. I even later stated in the youtube video that THAT WAS MY FAULT. Man... It's like these people are hired by Ma Bell...😮‍💨

Helium Mobile themselves even commented on my Instagram Video which shows the same position and they said, "KEEP ON BUILDING." There are no users in my area at all. Nobody believes in crypto where I'm at. I'll go ahead and do a video with my miner outside. If you had a outdoor hotspot, you would know that the tutorial tells you to aim the hotspot down at your users. Not up at space where they will not use it. I get about 2,700 Helium Mobile coins a day in my area with no users and a claimed Hex. I was not the first to claim this HEX.

@@Thee_Kal_El you are right however coverage is possible through glass, I just suggest you use some type of mic stand etc to have it more stable at the angle you want to set based on the amount of traffic in your area. Angle is key!

That really sux. I have had the phone plan for two weeks. I was thinking of buying a hotspot, but the helium planner doesn't show any users in Mississippi. I can offer you $150 for your setup, and would be willing to install it and wait on the users to grow

There's no users where I'm at either AND someone has the HEX that I'm on too. So double sucky!! My personal advice, I had a bad experience with their onboarding and customer service end, but HELIUM is everything it said it would be (besides range of money.) I seriously believe HELIUM IS going to grow. Buy a miner from them, especially while their birthday specials are knocking everything at half off!!!! Get it while it's low and we will be so happy when it's HOT!!

I had another guy who commented on here and said he had a baby indoor hotspot making him 1-6 thousand helium mobile tokens a day! Pick and choose a model and join the team. It is exciting. Rewards are low right now as they are growing their user base. Besides my on boarding and then not responding, everything else has been fine and once you buy, you really don't need to contact them. Everything is self automated and self sufficient!!

@@Thee_Kal_El it has to have something to do with the city we are in. The planner doesn't show any active users within several miles. Also, he might be doing a lot of data streaming on multiple devices in his own hoe's. That would likely give him tokens for data.

You’re not getting good rewards because you got your outdoor hotspot inside of your house. You really should install it outside your daily earnings will grow within a day once you install it outside
