Все прекрасно понимают что наждак, по весу не маленький, а на таких шурупах надолго ли хватит этой конструкции. Наждак должен быть закреплён на металлическом столе и болтами. В России это стандарт такого крепления.

Very nice. Just moved, new house in town, less space than I had out in rural country, this will help me. A minor safety feature I've used in the past - Mounting my grinder / wire wheel on a pedestal (old restaurant table stand repurposed) on a wood board base, to prevent sparks / fire hazard, I covered the wood top & sides with light sheet metal. When I remount my grinder to the work bench to save space in my new & smaller work space I will again do the sheet metal trick. Probably never be an issue, but it's an easy fix, helps promote the safety attitude. Again, a great idea!

Smart. What I really liked was the proper safety use of a table saw.

I was taught that the blade should protrude by the height of 1 tooth above the work piece. He wasn't using a safety hood on the saw either which was completely unthinkable in my time. Are you a professional, have things changed?

Yes, I like those push tools.
@masonmartin3983 ай бұрын
Except when both push sticks were taken away in order to stop the saw, when the board was between the fence and the blade. Great video, idk abt the table saw safety

On PINE WOOD? Not for long. That cheap wood is going to crack and the Bench Grinder will crash to the ground. Typical THIRD WORLDER.

I like it. It's a nice idea of storing bench grinder out of the way and freeing up work bench space. Never mind the haters they probably have never worked a day in their life.

I store boxes of stuff under my bench so this idea, though clever, will just get in the way when getting stuff out. So I fixed mine similarly to an offcut of timber, drilled holes through each corner and through the workbench, glued dowels in the offcut holes, and added rubber washers for a bit of anti-vibration. Now if I don’t need the grinder but need extra worktop space, I simply lift it out and temporarily put it out of the way. Cheap as chips!

Clever. I like it. Just wish my bench didn't have draws below it. Have a couple grinders taking up space right now.
