Just checked your predictions last year for 2024. House prices down and interest rates 3-4%. Just shows how hard this stuff is. Fair play for saddling back up for 2025.

House price rise average of 3%. Interest rates to reduce by the year end by 0.25% be nice to see them at 4% but I’m not expecting that until 2026.

I think interest rates will fall, but not by very much, perhaps by 0.5% by the end of 2025, as ir would appear that Trump has ideas thar are inflationary.
