My new 4U-4410 server case.. and why!

I have the 4420. Those fans are going to be loud. I replaced mine with noctua fans. The issue you are going to run in to is that noctua 120mm fans fit to loose in the hot swap fan caddy's. I gave up the hot swap for the superior quality of noctua fans. Other than the fan issue. I love mine.

I just Upgraded to a fractal design, Define 7 XL, I've got Unraid running, with 18 Drives, NZXT CPU AIO I've got it going with Noctua's NF-P14 and a few Noctua NF-A9 PWM, also I've attached 2 additional Universal Multibracket to the side of the case with an additional 2 SSD 2.5 Drives - I am also running 3 NVMEs on the board direct, All running on a Corsair RX1000

Hey Whizadree, thanks for watching and for sharing your setup. Sounds sweet :). I also had a spare Lian-Li tower that can house 12 3,5" drives but I went the rackmount path to save space.

i have the the 4u-4424, what rails do you guys use?. all of the intertech rails are only 30kg.

I hoped there would be an update in the comments about the 4-pin (PWM) fan header next to the molex connector which powers the three fans. Are the fans to be regulated through this fan header so the fans can spin slower and be controlled bij the MB temp regulator?

Ja je kan een gewoon connector 4 pin gebruiken je moet alleen dat rood en de zwart kabels verwijderen en de kabel alleen gebruiken als RPM stekker
