Young Sis, I'm seeing this in 12 October so you may have resolved your issue of a mounting surface for your large paper piece. If not and if you can get to a Jerry's, Utrecth, D Blick or a frame shop and get two 40" x 60" foam core boards to temporarily mount your paper piece onto. That will make a 60"'w x 80"l mounting surface. You'll just need to use heavy duty wide tape to the back and front seams to keep them together while working. If you leave a small gap the thickness of the foam board under the taped seam, you'll be able to fold them in half for storage when not in use (and get them in your vehicle). If there's a Home Depot or Lowe's nearby you can do the same with two full sheet of Luan (aka Philippine mahogany, wiggle wood, wacky wood, bendy wood, snakewood....) - usually $11-$17/sheet OR the thick flat pink insulation foam boards (4'x8' and 1/2" - 1" thick) at $15-$25/each. Luan is the perfect wood for artwork surfaces as it doesn't off-gas, is from very renewable trees, very smooth durable but lightweight, doesn't leach sap and very affordable - or was before everyone started doing the corporate cannibal price gouging. Either can be cut to 60"l pieces that way you end up with a 60"w x 96"l mounting surface. The foam board options are sturdy surface yet really light weight... Just some thoughts... Hope that helps. Congrats on the new serene great space and the house! A house is always sooooo much better to live-work in.
