Sadly disappointed that there is no standard fit Momo steering wheel that comes on all of Sam's bikes. Ghost has dropped the ball on this spec.

You can just replace the headset if you want to spin bars. Ghost bikes use Acros Block Lock that limits turning of the bars, but the mechanism is in the headset, not the frame. Throw a different one in there and you are good to go.

@@kaloyanerusalimov Because 29ers roll significantly faster and they're vastly superior over small imperfections in the terrain due to their radius and the minimized rollover effort that comes from a larger wheel. When the majority of people want a certain size, it kills the other sizes.

@@rustler08 The entire thing sounds way too German to me. Why does the new 911 GT3 have a PDK and no manual? -Because it is 0.3 seconds faster to.... No one cares about that! They pushed all the hub standards and axle standards and all of a sudden the bike industry officially read the 29er eulogy a couple of years ago and the only person in favor of 29ers was the CEO of Niner bikes. Sure, they roll faster and do not feel small imperfections, but then just get a road bike and ride on perfections. I guess people want easy mode for everything :D The one thing I like on 29ers is that you can get a size M or even S and you'll have a good-looking bike with a lot of reach.

I ride a 29er Intense Carbine Pro and seeing the difference in Sams playfulness on the 29er vs the 27.5 was very noticeable. Sam makes everything look so easy and steezy but the 27.5 is way easier to throw around and almost looks better in the air vs the 29er and the cornering. The 29er looks a little more stiff even tho it’s softer based on Sams normal setup.
@radiocontrolled91812 жыл бұрын
27.5's look way cooler i.m.o. and are more agile. I ride a 27.5 myself and I'm not at all interested in changing over to a 29er. I also relate it to rider height. I'm only 172cm tall so 27.5 makes more sense to me. I would probably fancy a 29er had I been 180cm or taller. And I think that short riders (165cm and less) on 29ers look kinda funny. To each their own and the important thing is that everyone enjoys his ride and rides as often as they can!! 👍💪💥🧡🤩

I am actually quicker on the 29 especially on roots and rocky ground. difference really is in the turning as 29er wheels have a more gyroscopic effect because of their size. Also in the air will be more difficult for the same reason. bigger riders can cope with it much better
