I have an 05 SL 2.5L, it is in good shape. I just replaced the radiator because it had a slow leak, (1/4 gallon month) I would refill monthly. Thought it might be a hose or something but not till I replaced it did I find it was cracking in the plastic top rail by the large hose inlet. It was $50 bucks and 30-60 min job, very simple. The auto shop said with radiator it would be 400! It was simple and saved 350! Hahaha! I love my altima, it has 258,000 miles on it! Rant over

Nice car. I have an 05 3.5se with over 270,000 on it, in good condition, besides it starting to rust on back wheel wells, I've had for over a year. Same color. Black On black. Fully loaded with leather but it also has traction control. It was made in Canada so All the dash is in metric. I paid 1100 for it over a year ago. Fun car to drive especially when using trip tronic transmission. Im gonna ride this until the wheels for off then look for another one.

Check the floorboards for corrosion under the car ASAP. Make sure you're good mine was corroded all the way through to the carpet.

Congratulations on the purchase! I have a 2005 Altima, bought brand new. Look after this. 1) Crank Shaft Sensor. Make sure you have the new one with the Aluminum outer shell, the older black one malfunctions. I believe Nissan has this under a recall.

I bough mine with 50k city miles. If they are highway miles I’d say take a look at it, it may be a money pit for you. I put my $1000 into the car a week after I got it because it never had anything replaced under the hood:,
