She actually is. She’s a very good noob stomper and can certainly do more damage than most champs if given the opportunity, but that’s the problem, she needs the enemy to serve themselves on a platter to be effective. Her laning phase is pretty good, but she falls off in team fights.

@@Izigurand Illaoi is an amazing objective controller. She shouldn't be in team fights except for objectives. And gets not forget about her buggy ass hitboxes, trying to compensate for how hard it is it ACTUALLY land her E. And the annoying thing is. You can hide in minion waves to not get hit by her E, but then you will be repeatedly hit by her Q and W, which do not exactly tickle. So you either get hit by Q and W combo, or E, W, Q combo. Either way. Illaoi has very little to counterplay in her kit.

It doesn't really help Illaoi. She needs to be tanky so she doesn't get bursted, that's why Steraks and Deaths Dance are better. Raw damage won't do much for you If anything, she can struggle a bit with mana, but taking presence of mind completely solves it
