@@kyletippett316 yeah the hats are dope but I had the same situation. I’d like to assume it’s because they are killin it over there and can’t keep up with the responses. Hopefully they’ll get to a point to where that’s handled properly. I still think it’s better than some chat bot sending me to FAQs lol.
