"A lot of hit markers" lol that's medium ammo for you. Not such a problem with the Vetterli but the Springfield is rough. It's not so bad as a cheap support weapon in team play I guess but it feels high skill and low reward. Well played Neenoh, you've got ice in your veins!

thats why you take dumdum, even if you are like 60-100 m ish away and only doing half health with a shot out the springfield they keep dying after and follow-up shots are way more likely to kill

Dum dum makes Springfield somewhat playable. Vanilla medium ammo on a single shot rifle is rough. Neenoh is the only person that can make Springfield marksman work :)

The cheap, effective Springfield Marksman, compound fights with it are actually pretty decent but sniping matches are evil, the disparity between medium and long ammo is crazy, well played using it insanely effectively Neenoh

Hey so for Springfield marksman, or ANY springfield, always have two of the same ammo type. There is (or was, I dont know if it was fixed) a bug that completely breaks the Springfield. When you try to reload it does the full animation but has no bullet to fire while if you change the ammo type it just loops an animation a few times. So enjoy that P.S.A and enjoy a fun gun to make people bleed with!

I think it's been fixed, I regularly run springfield half normal half dumdum and don't get any issues.

@@sike3000 I don't get this issue, and I run Springfield every day. If you don't wait for the whole animation and switch items then you have to reload again but that's with any gun

Then the gun refuses to reload so switch ammo type again and it still won't fire so I have to use my sidearm.

this game shoulda have damage dealt vs damage taken ratio instead of KDA because of stuff like this. I've once in a very exciting gun fight with lots of shots that hit but a dude sitting in a bush with a bow and arrow killed me lol.

I could be wrong here, and since I'm already admitting it, if I am wrong don't any of you "keyboard thugs/internet tough guys" try and talk your dumb shit. Anyway, I think the reason the extraction timer kept resetting is when in a team if one of you leaves the extract area, it resets when come back in. Either way, once again, great video of a great match. To me you and Ghost are two of the best Hunters on KZbin so it's always a good time when yall get a chance to team up

Watching your vids made me realize I will never enjoy Hunt Showdown combat. Seems like having to rely on random jumping, shooting through everything, and very questionably fast twitch reflex shots make it feel very out of the theme of things. Atmosphere gets lost somewhere in the has of what seems to be tourney style combat for a basic ass game style.
