If you’re on full frame you should try the sigma 10-18 2.8 I love using it on my fx3. Pull it to 12mm it goes past the vignette and you could still use nd filters

The lens is really great! I will think about buying it. I would also love to see a video about your video settings for your camera. I have the same camera, but not a very good lens. The stabilization is always super bad and I am not sure if this is because of my lens or my settings.. I am very new into film making. Your videos are always sooo stabilized so I would be really interested in hearing more about this.. Keep up the great work!

It's a great lens but definitely not for everyone! I don't use any stabilisation in camera, I just try to be very steady or on a tripod haha

I was looking for a more discreet lens since I loved the size of the 10-18 but cannot resist the crispiness of G-Master glass. I've had the 16-35 GM and a 24-70 sigma with my A7iii and that image is unbeatable but it's soooo damn big! This one might be on the chonky side for me. I recently upgraded to the A7CR and paired it with the 24mm f/2.8 G lens and I think I just found the perfect balance of size + quality. If you ever get a chance to try the 24mm f/2.8 G lens I think you might really like it. This set up with the A7CR feels like I have a Leica Q but at a fraction of the cost.

Solid video as always. If you like a nice wide prime I’d also check out the viltrox 13mm 1.4 it’s a solid lens and no distortion around the edges. Also wondering what crossbody sling you use? I like the wide strap and that it kind of falls to the side and down vs up tight and with a thin strap.
