Pricing has been masterfully done this year. There’s no real way of having coverage of city, arsenal, Liverpool, Villa and Chelsea in the same team. I’ve personally opted to not have a Chelsea player in the team as despite their fixtures I know what I’m getting with the other teams. I think people are sleeping on Villa a bit- good fixtures and a great transfer window, with well priced assets. I have Rogers Bailey and Watkins in my team, with the idea to keep an eye on Nkuku coming in for Bailey giving me Chelsea coverage if I’m certain he’s nailed after the first 3 fixtures

I know no city coverage will kill me, and over the course of the season I think that half a million between Saka and palmer is big whilst Saka imo will outscore palmer this season. Pick your poison, I’m hoping nkuku can mitigate palmer damage

Being swayed by one fan's speculation about Wood getting benched for Awoniyi GW2 is absolutely wild when Awoniyi still has yet to play a minute in preseason. The facts are that Wood has 11G 1A in 16 consecutive starts under Nuno (with the xGI to support that) and 2 goals in 3 appearances during preseason.

Re Odegaard - He's appearing in a few teams at the expense of Saka. But he only scored 1 more goal & 2 more assists than Rice! In the second half Rice was playing in that marauding num.8 position and excelled. If he had done that from the beginning of the campaign he would have scored more. Surely he's an overlooked talent?

Currently I am on Salah + Haaland. I am pretty much locked in on Haaland for now. Depending on pre-season I'll decide whether to go in with Salah or not and the same for Trent too. For me Chelsea and Liverpool are in the same boat. They have probably the best set of fixtures to open the season with but both teams are under a new manager.

Everyone is sleeping on Martinelli. With Calafiori most likely playing left back and marauding forward, this allows Martinelli more of the ball as Arsenal tend to be right-side focused. If Merino is purchased as a left mid, this will definitely make Martinelli a valuable 7m option.

@@user-sz3fx7ou9r nobody knows. You’d be best off with choosing the back-up Goalkeeper of your first choice. But even in those cases it’s not sure whether you can select 2nd or 3rd goalie. I’ve made a few changes and put Miguel alongside Sanchez. Since the goalkeeper situation is far from certain as both clubs, I’d this is the position I’m most in doubt.

How do you feel about Gvardiol's rotation risk? For a 6mil defender i'd want certainty, but past seasons of Pep Roulette basically gave me enough PTSD to be doubtful on Gvardiol. Do you find the odd benching risk acceptable?

The FDR is very misdealing in my opinion Some times people probably just look at the colour and dont think much if it is actually correct How can Brighton possibly be a green fixture for any defender? Even for City should be at least gray,let alone Everton Even Bournemouth has a very solid attack so i struggle to understand the hype for Everton defense In the first 7 the only actually good fixture on paper is Leicester,but i would bet them to score too
