It is interesting that the DW5000SS isn't an official anniversary model, but has a few references historical references - 1983, brick texture on the band, and the 321SC ( 321 Sakae-cho) is the address of Casio Hamura Technical Center in Tokyo.

The DW-5000SS is amazing, one has to see the gleam of the metallic graffiti it in person. Also the screwback case is visible through the transparent bezel and adds to the silver reflections. Nice red accent "Since 1983", the brick stone pattern around the screen and a brick stone pattern on bezel and band all tributes to the original G-Shock. The negative display fits the design petfectly. For me the coolest G-Shock I bought so far (and I have a lot of them..). Made in Japan! This watch deserves more prominence! Thanks for the video!

One of the most informative videos about Street Spirit series out there. Niche information every minute. At first glance, you might think GM-5600SS is all metal but no. You might think the opposite for the DW-5000SS but yes. Although 5000 looks more simplistic, it is more durable for sure. The DWE-5600PR-2? Nah, it needed a negative display. Instant no. Packaging looks appealing but overall doesn't do enough. The thing is... I only think the DW-5000SS is worth buying but... None of these are as handsome as GM-2100SS-1AJR. I would spend some money over 5000 when discounted because it is made in Japan and deserves some bucks. For the moment, by far the best looking Street Spirit is 2100, in my opinion. I also wanted to tell you about GX-56SS-1, another Street Spirit watch. Just ordered one from Amazon Japan and eagerly waiting for it. Check this one out! Awesome review by the way, thank you.

I love those colorful G-Shocks and like some people I really wear them also very often. It's funny but I never even had a black one and never liked it even. For me a standard G is either white'ish or translucent.

Tap on your phone screen what you want to focus on…also if you’ve got a lot of detail in the background & it’s going to focus on the background instead of the item in your hand, so what you need to do is have a less detailed background so that the camera focuses on the watch or tag you’re trying to show.

Yes definitely. I'm going to be changing my setup soon. Thu phone mount is pretty wobbly so I avoid touching the desk or phone. A better mount will fix that.

I may be wrong but i think the E denotes the date can be changed to UK format.

Hi! The "E" stands for a bezel you can change easy. There are no bezelscrews on the "E''-versions of the DW's. A special tool is provided to change the bezel real easy. The date change is provided with the newer ''U''-models of some modules i.e GW-5000U.
