Bhai mein 2018ein ghar liya hoon Lakeshore mein 45 lavs ka magar abi tak koi rate increase nahi huwa 6 saal ho gaya hai aur rate kaam ho gaya hai log 35 lac resale value bol rahe hai bekar society hai maintenance charge bhaut jada hai
