From Singapore 🇸🇬. The house looks good. It has to be practical and not have a beautifully built up house where for example residents avoid cooking etc because they think the decor is expensive!!! That would be defeating the whole purpose. AND as you pointed out the house has to become a home and that is for the family to make it a happy dwelling.
