Well for people in some s.e.a countries who grow up with chilies and bitter gourd, it is common for kids to eat that.

I think a rich, flavourful broth should help make the bitterness tolerable. Make sure it's seasoned well with salt, which should help cut some bitterness. Becareful to not make it too salty though.

She did her job as a parent now you do the same to your own children train them properly she feed her family whatever in there garden you go ahead and grow your own vegetable and feed to your own family
