I recently purchased a studio flat, and thought I would film a tour with the furniture added. My partner and I haven't quite moved in yet - hence the lack of clothes in the wardrobe.

I got an apartment which is 33m2.. haven't seen it yet, although I will tomorrow.. but I just wanted to see some other 33m2 apartments.. 33m2 is quite big.. for a student and all ting taken in consideration .. Can't wait to move now 😍

I wonder if the designers have thought about putting that tv on the "bottom" of the bed, so when the bed is up...the tv sits on it like on a wall, but when the bed is down, the tv can still stay attached to its "bottom". OR they could at least make it possible so renters have a choice. This way, the couch is against the wall and facing the bed, and the entrance is to the right of the couch. Idk if that makes sense.

They're bespoke - just search online for Murphy Bed or wall bed, and there's lots of companies with different styles and sizes. My one has special tension controls for the slats beneath the mattress so you can adjust the softness/firmness of the bed - normally because they only take thin mattresses so it adds to the comfort. They can be quite expensive though, but are worth it

33sqm is very small compared to 47 sqm next time i hope 20sqm or 18sqm or even 15sqm to be designed as a 2 room bto people must changed their mindset to live in such challenging designs
