I've gained weight over the past few months, and I'm feeling it, so it's time to start taking better care of myself. Along with my diet, exercise is one of the keys for me, so I'm going to start taking a daily morning power walk every day to get my heart rate up. Today was Day 1. I lost track of my objective at the beginning - totally distracted by the Nature - but ended up with a good 35 minute cardio workout. It's not a lot, but it's a start.
