There are countless imposters but NOTHING else sounds, feels or plays like a REAL Fender American Strat.

The only pickup that built by tim shaw is the bridge pickup..the neck and middle is fat 50s by fender .thats whats comes with 2015 hss standard.

I didn't realize that. The singles didn't bother me too much but they were pretty smal sounding compared to the Duncans that I put in there. Still looking for the best bridge pickup for this guitar, though.

Awesome JackNice Buffet of different tones👍The 440 Shawbucker sound is pretty cool. Maybe you'll put a CuNiFe or Vintera WRHB at the bridge ? That would definitely look cool. I'm betting it would sound good as well🖖😎🤳

Thanks! I've discovered that I'm not a WRHB guy after working with my Vintera telecaster deluxe, though.

@@JacksGuitarTrax LOL Ya It's a peculiar design. The pole pieces don't line up on the E strings but they can rock out pretty hard on certain guitars. The Fender Thinline Tele seems to be well suited for them🖖😎🤳

I wonder if the issues you have with he American version apply to the MIM Fender HSS Strat??
@JacksGuitarTrax2 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure. I would doubt it actually since the MIM stuff has different electronics. I haven't tried any of the MIM stuff other than my Vintera Tele Deluxe but I'm willing to be I would like the MIM HSS strat more than the American Professional and Ultra guitars.
