Chile, I’m with you! Listen to your hair! No more than once a week is more than enough for me! And I don’t even use store bought shampoos; I haven’t used them for nearly a decade! I use fresh aloe vera gel directly from the plant as a shampoo/conditioner/detangler, or Ambunu, or Rhassoul Clay, or my homemade African Black Soap shampoo, or hibiscus leaves and flowers. But no more shampoos. 🥰 I have extremely long and thick hair and I need to do DIYs because I have so much hair and my hair prefers the DIYs to commercial brands. 💕❤️💜 I have heard you nice and clear- do what your hair is telling you!
