Maybe you know the French guy in Japan doing the same business as you do, his team pack an order in a minute or so. They have a whole system, pretty big and active company. You might wanna do the same product as he does, a monthly box. That business model is fire anyway, monthly or weekly boxes and you choose what you put inside. Making people discover new flavors

People would fly all around just to buy stuff. :-D (And people REALLY love novelty when you're buying something for someone else on that flight home.) If you're going to do this and charge an arm and a leg for the items, of course have a credit card purchase option. :-) Design your own vending machine front panel with your company name and enough graphics to make them see the opportunity / rareness.

8 orders an hour is kinda slow. You should streamline the process. Print out the orders. Have bins you pull the orders into and leave the printout in each bin. Then package everything, then print labels. Don't switch tasks that slows you down, do everything one step at a time.
