I’m about to pull the trigger on a LT 15 start. Any recommendations on what I should add or not add? Also, I have a couple shelters built. But there’s wood under them. Do yo keep your mill covered 24/7? Thanks.

I would stick with the hand crank feed and get used to feeling the saw before you get a power feed. I cover my mill with a tarp, buildings are nice but not necessary. Enjoy your mill.

If you're not using the saw, you should take the tension off the blade. just a thought.

I found it on Facebook Marketplace. It was located near my home and I went out, tested it, and brought it home that day. It was a good deal and the guy I bought it from was a real nice guy and seemed honest and we went through the machine to check everything from bearings to belts.
