I totally agree with alter being more useful on e-District, I’ve been playing alter more and kidnapping enemies as well as stealing loot from afar is so useful. Been seeing a lot more controller legends on this map so having a way to teleport into their safe space is great

0:22 as a Alter/Wattson main, I will say that Wattson is definitely more fun to play on District, but most other controller players don't bother to get good with her fencing mid fight so it's understandable why you'd prefer Alter. Both are great

Yeah, district does tend to have engagements where vantage lacs usability. And can only really use her before the fight gets close if you get a chance. She definitely lacs in utility in close fights. Now I can every once and a while find time to try and hold off the third party on us (basically land 1-2 snipe shots and that usually slows them down atleast), but that's rare, I need good teammates for that. I've never played alter yet, but I can see the utility on a map like district. I'll have to give her a try, I've been using rampart, was thinking octane might be a good one, was thinking about giving pathfinder a try as well. His ult always comes in handy on that map and I've been wanting to learn his grapple. What's crazy though, is this map makes me appreciate the others a little more. Like I really like district, and it's different enough to make the other maps seem different, so I appreciate the differences. Instead of all maps kinda being the same so not able to see the differences if that makes sense. Also, they have a city map, I'd love for if in a year or 2 they came out with a jungle map. Basically take district and replace all the buildings with big ass trees. Big river running through, maybe a dam, maybe a mountain in the side of the map so only the base on the playable map. Really dense jungle for impassable areas. Waterfall that suppress gunfire, logging pois (or more enviro friendly science research lab pois), billion dollar estate/vaca hotel, zipeline and trampoline park. IDK man, I don't make games so I'm sure it wouldn't be easy, but I think it could make a great map and a beautiful looking map if it's as dense as district is.

Possibly put in "holes" in the dense unpassable jungle to allow sniper shots through. Just to give a little more chaos, or that "I can't believe I just did that" feeling. Make them a little more than just a wall to create the map.

Honestly pathfinder is the best in my opinion for district you get your tactical back off knocks and it’s so useful for gaining height or getting away
