My Boss is from Nigeria and that’s not true. They do eat sweet potatoes but it’s the way that you have to cook it and prepare it because it is in some of their foods, your husband knows about sweet potatoes and other foods we eat Nigerians, just cook different, maybe not the way we eat it, but they do eat it. It’s always good to try different cultures. Am from the Virgin Islands and that is how we cook our chicken. You guys have to familiarize yourself with Caribbean islands cooking, its not a Jamaican dish only. Its a Caribbean Thing. We call it simply stewed chicken.

He’s loving that all in all Caribbean food Trinidadian Belizean Jamaican Guyana the Bahamas Guatemala, Venezuela, you name it the whole of the Caribbean grew up, eating stewed chicken.
