It's a very good and productive routine And i also put my best effort for a productive night routine My night routine is :- after dinner i sit with my family and talk to them and then i go and do my self care and then i make my bed and then i take my diary and i express gratitude and then i do 10 min meditation and then i prefer some warm water and then i switch off lights and get to sleep. 👍🏻
