Liebe deine Videos und deinen Vibe✨ ich wollte mal fragen, ob du nach dem Zähneputzen Zahnseide nimmst? Und ob du da mal eine gute Routine zeigen kannst 🥺 jeder sagt es anders (auch mit vor dem Frühstück Zähne putzen) und ich bin so verwirrt mittlerweile 😂

Yes ich benutze sie danach, viele sagen aber aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht wäre es besser, es vor dem Putzen zu machen, damit die Fluoride aus der Zahnpasta besser einwirken können. Am Ende ist es aber erstmal wichtig, dass man seine Zahnzwischenräume überhaupt säubert! Ich hab dieses Jahr in einem Vlog schon mal eine ganze Routine mit abgefilmt und hochgeladen 🥰
