Good Video! Everyday when I go on youtube Reggies Channel is the very first I check for out of all of my gaming channels. He always talks about first and formost games. While other channels talk about tech or HD cables or mini arcades. Me personally I dont care about that stuff, lets talk games more. And thats what Reggie provides more often than not. He also gives us more than 1 video a week. He's the best at it IMO. And should have as much or more subscribers than alot of other channels.

You must get/try Henry Hatsworth. It's one of my favorite DS games. Plays very similar to Super Princess Peach but uses the touch screen as a puzzle feature to make power attacks. A very fun and good looking game with amazing music (boss music).

Great collection. My DS titles are limited in my overall collection (around 25 DS games) but it has some amazing RPGS. A couple I have which I noticed you don't have are 'Contact' which is similar in many ways to Earthbound, and 'Lostmagic', another great RPG in which you use the stylus to draw magic symbols to fight. Great video, look forward to the 3DS one.

That is cool how many great games were on the DS. Mega Man Zero Collection, Mega Man ZX, and Mega Man ZX Advent are now on the PS4 as well in the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection. I never had a DS/3DS so it's great that I can finally play them. I definitely think that a lot of these games should be remastered/ported to Switch & PS4.

Speaking of Valkyrie Profile Reggie, I highly recommend people pick up indivisible it's it's a metroidvania style mixed with the gaming mechanics of Valkyrie Profile but with Southeast Asia and Pacific Island lore/mythology.

I mainly got a DS because of Mainline Pokemon and Mario Kart but years after its lifespan, I found more games that I like such as G.G. Series Collection, Trauma Center: Under the Knife, Phantasy Star 0, Mega Man ZX, Bangai-O Spirits, Pokemon Ranger, and Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime which I emulate on my phone now.

I have like 450 ds/3ds games. Its my fav 2 systems to collect for. I have a nice collection of all 3 Xbox series,switch,Wii and my gba and Wii u ain't too bad either . My Nintendo,snes,GameCube and n64 are very low like 10 or fewer on those systems . Lost all my sega stuff tho long story but I did have sega genesis games a ton of Saturn/dreamcast games...sadly everything from the GameCube back was taken ....all my childhood stuff just gone.

Reggie, have you ever played "The Chase: Felix meets Felicity" or "Waywire"? I wound up picking up "Mr. Driller Drill Spirits" from your recommendation on one of your videos with Metal Jesus Rocks. Also gotten games from his hidden gem DS games videos with Kinsey. Quite difficult nowadays to "retro" collect, especially for my favorite hand held gaming console.

Super Princess Peach is the best sequel Yoshi's Island ever got! Other lesser known recommendations: Soul Bubbles, Alice in Wonderland, Henry Hatsworth, Meteos, Kirby Mass Attack, Ouendan Series, Taiko no Tatsujin Series and Space Invaders Extreme played using the paddle controller.

Niiice collection!!!! I just bought a Yoshi 3DS Reggie! Like the one MJ has. It was for my 40th b'day. Getting old :p Kinda funny I bought a 3DS for that age lol I got Resident Evil Revelations on it and a DS Kingdom Hearts title. My R4 card from my DS Lite works on it so got tons of cool rpg's on there. I've ordered Xenoblade Chronicles on 3DS off Ebay for $20, pretty keen to jump into that. I'll probably homebrew it eventually but no rush. I'll try get as many games as possible. Def cool exclusives on it. I got a Switch obviously had that for yonks but skipped the 3DS and seen all the rad rpg's on it so had to finally get one.

The first games I got for the DS war The Legend of Zelda phantom hourglass and nintendogs but later on Dragon Quest 4-6 was ported and man I was glad to pick up all three of those games they are spiking up in price on eBay. But I was also glad I can use the DS to play my Game Boy advance games

I got a DS Lite to play my GBA games after I could not find a AGS-101 model for a good price, and many people said DS Lite was the next best thing. So I got one, and then I figured: Well, I have the system now, why not get a few DS games as well? 300 games later... :O

There are official review units made by Nintendo of the 3DS that have an HDMI-out that could be run on your TV. You can get your 3DS modded to do HDMI-out, but its not cheap.

Cool video. I noticed some quality games in there. Have you continued to collect for the DS or are you satisfied with what you have? You mentioned that you knew someone that was trying to collect the entire library of DS games. Well.....I am also attempting that. So far I have over half of them...and yes, there is a lot of shovelware in there. I wish that I had started collecting the DS games when Game Stop began to offload them. Instead I waited until 2020 to really start......

I love the DS. Maybe its just me but I own 2 DS lites and I never had an issue with the hinges. Was it really defective? Or were people just rough with them? Idk. But the DS is an awesome system. I love the backward compatibility it has with the Advance games. I have two Advance SP systems to play original game boy games.
