Thank you! Would like to point out that the NCM modules that you are showing us are made by CATL, one of the largest chinese battery manufacturers. I've never heard about AUG, but have been considering getting a battery pack from VIVNE in Hubei.

Honestly, imbalance may be because they the modules are from different cars. Removed battery

could you check what temp sensor are used. that modules have two sensor for each module, but LBC accept only 4 sensors with probably different temp curve repspect that mounted in the modules. In any case, where the LBC is measuring the temperature? what sensor are connected to the BMS and where located? Are you able to measure resistance of this sensor anc chek if the same value is measure in the pin that arrive to the BMS (just to exclude thy used addin in series resistance to adapt the value to that expected by BMS). What temp reading is giving the BMS. Are this reading real? e.g. you can check the leaf spy reading and check if the tempo of the senor of the module is the same?
