When u guys was phase for 2 minutes under running water, then put in the strainer, and add salt and fresh lemon juice, and mix with TLC,then start the regular process u guys did, but u can add green peas in that, and potatoes are optional.but they should most when done.oil should be in generous amount, not too much or not to less,i make myself in usa in my homey usa born is not in love with poha much.i love it, if u add fresh grated coconut, and then cilantro,it taste much yummy, but ur husband is trying his best.make him learn the basic things, like rice, dal,vegetable,if non veg then fish curry, fry fish, chicken curry's he can make it on his own, and will be prepared for emergency.God bless you both.first time I came acroos your vlogs.love from-california-USA
