I thought of this what if. What if Rosaline learns that Alexa did all this because she had a crush on Atticus and was the one who separated them, enraged something happens to her to make her learn that Atticus is a vampire, and wants to become a vampire for him. As soon as she or a fan helps her find a way, she goes through the process. And trains herself then wins back Atticus. I mostly said this because I can see a montage of Rosaline training with What's Up Danger playing in the background. Lol.
