My old bicycle tank #2 with an electric drive system

Footage of the reactivation and the renovation work on that former airsoft reconnaissance vehicle from 2008. After that recordings of a test/joy ride through the area. As well some cinematic scenes like a ..., like a "war"movie (well tanks will always do tank stuff, I guess).
In total a 1100€ project (the two old electric scooter and a new electric battery).
The range of that bicycle tank thing is about 26km.
Just the original scooter (45km/h) with the new battery about 65km (just onroad).
Obvisouly I drove that trip two times, the first time without a flat tyre and on the second run the tyre popped.

Do you ever meet strangers in the wood, while you are filming? How do they react? A little surprised? 😉

Til today it never happened while being in the act of actually filming something. Recently there was only one visitor while I made that exact video. It happend just before the airbag was been prepared on the sandy road. I was still busy with the cams. When suddenly some guy with his little flatbed truck hat to drive that exact stupid road in the deepest forest. Luckily the airbag wasn't already in the ground. He drove past and vanished rather quickly. ... I choose more or less places where it's unlikely for me to become overrun. Maybe it's just luck or the advantage of living in the country side.
