cheaper than a lot of the other 1st items you build. therefore it completes sooner. it has incredible wave clear, so if you're not trying to trade a lot, and you just want to bounce waves for map pressure so you can get your recalls off sooner and stay ahead of your lane opponent in regards to buys/power scaling. statik = faster 1st item rush than others. followed up with IE, which together is a stronger 2 item spike than other pairings its just about hitting 1 and 2 item spikes sooner, and then snowballing that with a faster recall cycle
