great video! But need your help if you know anything about the Osim udream pro? I’m Trying to compare the 2 so I can make a purchase. The Ogawa sales person says I should compare theOgawa master drive (non ai) version to the udream as the Ai version is more advanced? But they are both the top of each companies list so honestly I don’t know?

Thanks for your comment. I assume that you are not from the USA? The OSIM chairs aren't quite as popular as they used to be when OSIM owned Brookstone here in the states. I am not familiar with the model of which you are speaking. The Master Drive AI is quite a popular model for us, so I can only speak to that model. We don't have the non-AI Master Drive in the US. dr. w.

Yeah I’m in Sydney and unfortunately the Ogawa brand use to have small retail outlets but have consolidated under a company called Irelax a few years ago. They only have 2 showrooms in Australia and I’m not near any of them so hard to test the device out. Osim is quite popular here as we’re so close to the rest of Asia. I really appreciate all the info from your videos

@@DMWhiteinc Osim is garbage, I tried all models and it is the worst massage chair ever. No kidding. Even the cheaper model of Ogawa feels better than the top line Osim.

I believe that’s the super novo but human touch. Which one do you prefer?

@@tonybareither4602 Lol. The Human Touch Super Novo has been around for awhile and is built in a very good factory. Sometimes a lemon will show up from time to time in any brand, but the chairs that come out of that factory typically have a lower failure rate, based on my experience. dr.w.

I prefer the Super Novo for it's capacity for a deeper, more intense massage. But, I do like the Master Drive for it's smoothness and quietness. The Super Novo can also accommodate folks taller than 6' better. dr. w.
