these are just cosmetics, they dont have to be bought by you and are fully optional if you want some cosmetical changes to your towers. And for the people who said that john said that you will be able to buy the skins you want YOU CAN, you only gamble in game money and robux skins are whichever skins you want unlike tds did with deluxe crates.

I do think you choosing what Robux skin you wanted was a good idea but I find it sorta disappointing for the crate system. But I agree, it is just cosmetics , nothing more.

Yea about the TDS vs TDX skins, Tds skins crates are on average 4k coins to buy, would be ~2k for TDX, while Tdx's crates is only 200, ~400 for tds, although you can get dupes. I'd say Tds' Crate system is better, but TDX skin system ain't that bad.

How do you even equip crates

When u get a skin, u have to equip the tower with that skin, and there should be a shirt symbol on the tower in the tower loadout. Click that symbol and it should open all the skins u have / don’t have for that tower. Click on a skin to equip it from there.
