I wouldn't have been so hard on little Sis. The con was really good, but she did take the time to find evidence on Tyler's laptop so she wasn't so blinded that she wouldn't help, and when push came to shove, little Sis came through. Mom deserves to never see her daughter again.

Susan need to distance herself from her toxic family, and live her life. Susan need to held all who accountable for their actions against her, and she needs to press charges against them all. After Susan finds out the truth she needs leave them, and move into her own place.

1. If Karen works at the bank, she has no business giving out people's bank information. You can get fired for doing that. 2. If there is a problem at the bank with an account, the bank will investigate. The fact that Karen has a video makes it dubious as she should not have it as she most likely does not have the authority to have it. 3. She has witnesses to her were she was at the time. 4. The moment that OP hears about a loan application in her name, she should have checked it out ASAP. 5. To my understanding, in the US, cell phones are to be turned OFF while in the courtroom. Lawyer are not to answer their phones while in the courtroom.

She should not completely cut off her mother. Yes, mom screwed up royally, but she was likely genuinely sorry and Susan can still maintain a cordial, distant relationship with her.

You forgive them, The Bible (the Word of God) tells you what you have to do - forgive Matthew 6:14 & 15. In order for you to be forgiven, you have to forgive. Ask God to show you, you. I am not saying it will be easy or happen quickly. But take it from me, it will happen eventually. It might take decades. Then stay away from them.
