Everything is good but that rent recovery is not the recovery of HRA i think it's actually accommodation rent recovery which bank deducts to those who are taking lease accommodation in case of HRA also salary won't increase by 15% to current gross it's actually 15% increase on payslip components of 2017 salary slip also still 12.5% is still undecided to which components they will distribute but nevertheless great job of encouraging the youth 👍

If you working in school you can reach upto Head teacher, but if you join in Bank as an PO, you will reach upto Chairman. So Bank po is good options for ambitious people and school teacher job is good for lazy Government type mentality people.

@Kunal Banerjee Dear brother Half baked knowledge is a dangerous thing. If one is a teacher at a school, n begins early , then he or she can reach upto Director level....got it man ??? N if u start as a teacher at KVS, then u can reach upto Regional Commissioner level, even higher.......n that position is held by an IAS So, just as not all PO r going to b Director , similarly not all teachers will become Director or Commissioner...... Gather enough information dear.....little knowledge is a dangerous thing

Abhi chinta na karo, sbko bank nikalegi. Government is disinvesting its share in PSB. Abhi to salary bhut lg rhi. But you will regret later. Chose other field guys. You will have to lose your respect in thia job. Better prepare for state govt, RBI, Nabard...Not here to demotive you, Only join if you are passionate about banking. All the best.
