Great quick recipe . I think one can use chopped chicken instead as seafood ( I am allergic to seafood) Should one bhoono the chopped chicken with ginger and garlic rather than putting it raw in the stock ? One request… please check your recording setting , we see blurred image and then a clear window in it . Some settings need adjustments I suppose. Thank you for spreading positivity always MA
