Jalia you are from my area, ku Gospel, Kiwunya, Nakulabye, Kasubi, Kakajjo, Mengo SS. Namirembe primary, Mengo primary, old Kampala prmary my school. Yes i grew up in the same area. Those days we could admire those kindergarten kids fro City Nursary scholl for only rich p'ple and also Namirembe kindergarten up the hill towards Namirembe i think Balintuma road. Trust me when i grew up i took my kids to city nursary school coz i grew up admiring that school. But sorry Auntie Sarah the headmistress died. Happy to here your story.

A times it Sounds ridiculous but i think africans have this poverty mentality or a burden as a family we went thru the same i remember going from primary school to secondary i passed with flying colours and joined the prestigious Moi girls Eldoret but we had no money we were dropped of at school with my parents quarreling.Parents underestimate what they do to their children when you as parents are not able to lay down ur diffrences and be happy for your kids.We didn't go back for a second term because the school wanted at least half of the Fee which my Dad could not raise so of we went to some other school.But God always makes away if you trust in him after growing up with all those insecurities i now trust the Lord to give me Wisdom,Blessings and Provision for my kids.
