@@PinkPartner-zn8tl sốc văn hoá thì ai cũng bị hết á b, cả người trẻ luôn. Nhưng dần sẽ quen, phải có thời gian để tiếp xúc và trải nghiệm mới thấm dần nên thường để ng ta đi du lịch để tìm hiểu phải đi mấy tháng trở lên. Tui miền nam đi về miền tây, hay ra trung bắc cũng sốc văn hoá đây này nói chi nước ngoài. Ncl Việt Nam văn minh và chào đón họ thì họ sẽ yêu thôi. Sốc thì sốc, chứ sau lại yêu đó.

Mình có người bạn và bây giờ thành em rể mình luôn. Cậu ấy đến từ Úc. Mọi thứ ban đầu về Việt Nam thật lạ lẫm và mới mẻ nhưng bây giờ đến ăn phải có chén nước mắm ớt mới chịu ... là con người sống ở đâu rồi cũng sẽ thích nghi thôi.

Hahaha...i like the expression on the parents ' faces. It is nice of the Son to take his parents out . I am Vietnamese and thank you for showing / introducing new kind of food . I also would like to have some of my own feedback about the food that I saw here .. ( don't get me wrong , I love this video because it is so much fun watching the family enjoying their " food adventure"). The sticky rice dish with eggs and sausage and so on.... actually all of those ingredients are those coming from the Vietnamese Fried rice mixture ( which are chopped and mixed with rice and fry or saute , except instead of fried rice eggs are scrambled eggs and chopped in small pieces) . I think: VNamese Fusion here seemed like the kind of food that a young unskilled Vietnamese bad cook try to come up with a dish. It is fun and different but not preferred because Asian and Western foods cannot be mixed . Their seasoning cannot be mixed. I tell you this long time ago, I made Pizza with Vietnamese sausage and Vietnamese ham which is called Cha Lua....guess what ...I cannot even swallow down my throat , even though I love all of the ingredients I made ... Vietnamese ham and sausage has nuoc mam seasoned in it just cannot mix with cheese...Just like you cannot wear Ao Dai with jeans or skirt...you know what I mean?....Thanks for the video, it is lot of fun to watch. The only thing I recommend...should pause a little longer on the dish , and move the camera slower .. it looks like the camera man is really hungry , his hand is shaking....😂

Nhìn cách nấu ăn & trình bày rất nghệ thuật tại Nếp restaurant, không nhất thiết phải là 100% Việt & chỉ cho người Việt, đó là tiêu chuẫn để thu hút khách của nhiều chủng tộc đến ăn . Vì vây đa số nhà hàng Việt sang trọng, chủ yếu là khách ngoại quốc thì họ phải nấu cho khẩu vị người ngoại quốc . Cả người VN đôi khi họ cũng không thích tất cả mùi vị, thức ăn & trái cây của VN .

Đồ ăn vặt thì Việt Nam rất đỉnh, đa dạng, ngon lại rẻ. Cà phê đắng làm giảm độ ngọt bánh plan nên ngon hơn khi chỉ ăn mỗi bánh. Có vẻ sự kết hợp món ăn ở đây rất ổn, có thể tượng tưởng được nó không khó để người Việt chấp nhận mà lại hợp với phương tây.
