I admire how your dad didn't just go seeking a diagnosis to succumb to, for the experience he was having with his mind. He worked to fix the problem and improve. You don't see many people doing that now.

100%! My dad is losing his memory so bad and he’s taking the route of being ignorant and frustrated rather than doing something about it
@zuroliza10 ай бұрын
@@laylarebeccagracei have a suggestion for you! in life span psychology, we learned that for older people, one of the best ways to improve memory is to read. reading is so good for all ages, so tell him that if possible! other things like socializing and fostering social connections, exercising, puzzles and games, things that stimulate the brain in general can help with that

They’re in the faith so it comes natural to think optimistically about things. 🩵God’s promises guide to believe we are healed through anything🤞🏽but yes so beautiful to admire!
@kaitlinparsons655610 ай бұрын
@melissagarcia4715 while I agree, things can also be hard for people of faith to see through. We are often challenged to greater lengths when things get tough. I definitely see what you're saying, but wasn't quite what I was referring to in this day and age.

Jesse's parents are the sweetest! It was so fun hearing from them. The begining with the Aussie slang was hilarious! As an American Australian slang is insane😂😂😂 If you have them back on I would love to hear what Jess parents think about American slang

@HazelScott-ze8dc10 ай бұрын
absolutely right to call this out. this clickbait-y nonsense seems so beneath them, and it’s embarrassing/strange to now have used taylor swift for attention more than once. are they desperate, because I didn’t think so but this is the behaviour of low-level content creators. they’ve always seemed to have a lot more class and be relatively mature

I really don’t like how Gabe hated Jessie’s accent. You can see the awkward look in her parents eyes and it hurt them. In all previous videos if the accent comes up Gabe says, yeah you sounded like a bogan. Does Gabe not realise he is insulting her parents and all Australians bc there is no way Jess sounded like a bogan or her parents. Also, I have to point out when Jess asked Gabe, did I sound like a pirate too and Gabe said, yeah your accent was a lot stronger ., Jess says… ewww. Look at her parents eyes when she says that. It was just rude and it is rude to call Australians bogans.
@cate875210 ай бұрын
I have to agree, Gabe really irritates me whenever I hear him interview an Aussie or they talk some slang. Seriously give people an opportunity to listen to what is said and allow them the chance to sit with the context and understand what or translate it for themselves. I rarely listen watch their vlogs anymore for this reason. And I loved her dad explaining how he worked to improve his memory and the skills he's learnt, Gabe is lacking here. And I loved how a colleague suggested somethings but didn't try and fix it which way to many people do today without allowing people in particular adults the opportunity to work through their issues and grow.
