Yesss As a Ugandan specifically from the Muganda tribe the women and girls are typically required to serve their husbands food whilst kneeling and also as a form of respect to elders .. alot of households are still like this here although its changing abit 😂

Interesting conversation. This is a recent/ modern phenomenon of women serving their men being 'misogynistic' in Caribbean households. Never have I heard a woman tell another woman not to serve their man. My nan would also serve her husband but we wouldn't kneel down that's probably the issue the aunt had but it's just cultural differences which is going to be an issue in mixed relationships which I found dating when dating Africans too.
