My favorite peppers from the oven, I don't know what tastes better to me, the filling in the pepper, the juice from the pan or the pepper. The only thing missing is a salad and a crust of crusty bread...mmmm..

What we need:
- several peppers depending on the size, about 1 kg.
- 600 gr. small cheese
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 spoons of wheat semolina
- salt, pepper, vegetables or other spices
- parsley leaves
- about 50 - 70 ml. oil
They are baked in a heated oven at 220 C until golden brown for about 30 minutes.
