I did all three of your sequences this morning. A bit advanced than my current level so was challenging but felt so good after finishing! Thank you so much for these sequences. I really enjoy your contents. A short Q, I was a bit confused about shavasana whether I should do it after every sequence or I can do one at the very end. And is it recommended to do these on empty stomach? Thanks!

Hi Sunny I’m very happy to know that you have try and enjoyed the all sequence 👏😊🌈 About Shavasana is perfectly ok do 1 at the very end. You can also decide to combine the classes in a different way, skip 1 or 2 part, at that point the important is to do a shavasana when you decide to conclude your practice 😊 And absolutely YES is better always to practice at empty stomach, especially if you will do Uddhyana Bandha, Nauli Kryia or inversion. Is sivasana really necessary after meditation?

Hi Em Jay. Depends, if meditation is in your regular practice and you can reach a deep state of relaxation in to it, then shavasana is not entirely necessary. If the practice has been very intense and longer than 20/30 min I still suggest to do shavasana also if you are an expert meditation practitioner - at least 5 min. Because is a great way to let your system integrate the practice. If you do only meditation shavasana is not needed, however personally sometimes I do also after only meditation because I feel it necessary. Lastly the only one that can decide is you, if you feel that is necessary do it, otherwise not. 😊 Hope that this is helpful. Namaste
